Cheap and tidy units with a massive bed and nice smelling toiletries plus excellent blackout curtains, pleasant employees. Very quiet area, central location next to a nice restaurant as well as well as restaurants and bars/pubs. About 5 minutes walk from a victorian museum.

It was clean with very efficient staff at the reception desk. We had a large bedroom. The view over the garden from the window was worth every penny. The location for our purpose was convenient and decent, next to a bus stop. Great to be 400 metres away from Puffle Waffle, enjoyed our meal there.
Didn't like the area, it was quite uncomfortable.

Overall I spent my time really good. Pastries, eggs, bacon, fresh bread, and fruit provided for breakfast was reasonably priced. My deluxe twin room was adequate, appreciated it. The staff was wonderful, elegant all the time. The location was unbeatable, on residence of the Salisbury Green, good value in contrast to other hotels.
The area was uncomfortable.

We booked deluxe queen room and could use wake-up service, available in it. The room design was modern and the beds were very big. The hotel had indeed a comfortable location to the Waverley bus station. Street food restaurant On a Roll was 500 metres away from the place.

The hotel's location was wonderful, just off frequent buses going to the Royal Mile and outskirts of Edinburgh. I often went to On a Roll to pick up some food. Neat room, besides I had a pleasant view to the Holyrood park. The food was high quality, I tried fresh fruit, muffins, pastries, eggs, and fresh bread.

Really enjoyed the place, had a quite comfortable stay for the Calcutta Cup weekend. The venue was in a central location near to the surrounding park as well as South Bridge/North Bridge. Easily reached Sofia's, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.
